Senate Probes New Tools For Medicare Fraud Fight

Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 3:29 PM EST) -- As federal agencies begin implementing a more proactive strategy to fight Medicare fraud before claims are paid, the U.S. Senate Finance Committee eyed a trio of legislative proposals Wednesday that would help further empower preemptive enforcement efforts.
