Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 7:00 PM EST) -- A Montana bankruptcy judge refused to bow out Friday from overseeing Yellowstone Mountain Club LLC's reorganization and adversary proceedings, denying demands by the club's co-founder that he disqualify himself because of alleged biases and dealings with the co-founder’s legal opponents.
