Nikon To Collect $145M As Part Of Settlement In Patent Dispute

Law360 (September 29, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nikon Corp. will collect $145 million as part of a settlement of litigation in the U.S., South Korea and Japan against rivals ASML Holding N.V. and Carl Zeiss SMT AG in a dispute over patent rights to lithography equipment.
