US Won't Drop Fight Over Gay Spouse Benefits

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 11:02 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Monday said it would continue to fight a lawsuit over gay marriage benefits for a federal employee in California despite the Obama administration's decision to stop defending the Defense of Marriage Act.
