ITC To Review Russian Nitrate Trade Provisions

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 6:37 PM EST) -- U.S. trade regulators said Tuesday they would review imports of Russian ammonium nitrate to determine whether domestic producers would suffer if an agreement guaranteeing fair prices on the imports was lifted.

The U.S. International Trade Commission will investigate whether officially terminating a long-suspended anti-dumping investigation into Russian ammonium nitrate would cause harm to producers of the merchandise in the U.S., according to a notice in Tuesday's Federal Register.
