ITC Reviews S. Korea, Taiwan Polyester Fiber Duties

Law360 (March 1, 2011, 3:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday it had begun five-year sunset reviews of anti-dumping duties on certain polyester staple fiber from Taiwan and South Korea.

In a notice issued in the Federal Register, the ITC set a March 31 deadline for interested parties to respond to the review announcement, and said comments on the adequacy of those responses must be submitted to the commission by May 16.
