Insurer May Have Appealed Too Soon, 2nd Circ. Says

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 6:54 PM EST) -- Second Circuit judges accused a pollution insurer Tuesday of jumping the gun in appealing findings in a dispute over coverage for a $130 million American Commercial Lines Inc. oil spill, saying it still has a list of defenses to litigate.
