UBS Key To Suit Over $13M Debt Deal, Funds Say

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 7:21 PM EST) -- A pair of distressed-debt investment funds told a New York judge Tuesday that UBS AG should not be able to escape a lawsuit over a $13 million debt deal for which it acted as the middleman.
