AT&T Sued Over $381M Debt Purchase Of Old Accounts

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 9:40 PM EST) -- A distressed-debt purchasing company hit AT&T Mobility LLC with a breach of contract suit Monday, alleging that the communications giant failed to disclose litigation and investigations over early termination fees imposed on accounts that were part of a $381 million portfolio it sold for $16.3 million.
