Continental Wants Off Hook Over Diacetyl Suits

Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 2:35 PM EST) -- Continental Casualty Co. slapped a flavor ingredient company with a lawsuit Monday in New York state court seeking to avoid coverage for personal injury claims over exposure to the chemical diacetyl.
