ITC To Review Brass Sheet Duties On France, Others

Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 2:14 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Wednesday that it would review anti-dumping duties on brass sheet and strip from France, Germany, Italy and Japan.

The ITC has instituted a five-year review to determine if anti-dumping duties on imports of the brass sheet and strip should be continued to prevent material injury to domestic industry, according to the Federal Register.
