QBE Asked To Cover $11M In Fla. Condo Repair Suit

Law360, New York (March 2, 2011, 6:50 PM EST) -- Buckley Towers Condominium Inc. on Wednesday said that unless its insurer QBE Insurance Corp. immediately pays an $11.4 million court award to cover damages caused by Hurricane Wilma, its North Miami Beach property will have to be demolished, leaving more than 1,500 residents homeless.
