DuPont Sues Ex-Employee To Protect Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 7:32 PM EST) -- DuPont Co. asked a Texas state court last week for an injunction barring a chemist and former employee from breaching an employment agreement and giving the company's competitors an unfair advantage by disclosing trade secrets.

DuPont and DuPont Powder Coatings USA Inc. filed a petition in Jefferson County District Court in Texas on Feb. 25 against Wenjing Zhou, who signed on with DuPont Powder Coatings in September 2001 as a research chemist.
