Lockheed, Calif. Airport Reach $2M Pollution Deal

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 7:27 PM EST) -- The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority agreed Tuesday to pay Lockheed Martin Corp. $2 million in exchange for the defense contracting giant's assumption of any costs associated with cleaning up groundwater contamination it allegedly caused at Bob Hope Airport.
