Texas Town Sues Owners Of Noisy Gas Facilities

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 5:47 PM EST) -- Dish, Texas, and several residents are claiming in a trio of lawsuits that natural gas compressor stations on the edge of the small town have depressed property values with their loud noises and noxious chemical emissions.

The suits, filed Feb. 28 in District Court in Denton County, Texas, contain both trespass and nuisance claims.
