Lockheed, Others Avoid Liability in Alumina Suit

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 2:45 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Friday granted summary judgment to Lockheed Martin Corp. and other companies that the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources attempted to hold liable for response costs at former alumina refinery in St. Croix.
