US Pencil Cos. Dispute Chinese Rivals' Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 2:44 PM EST) -- Two U.S. pencil manufacturers revealed plans Friday to appeal lower anti-dumping duty margins that the U.S. Department of Commerce imposed on several Chinese exporters last year following a court challenge.

Sanford LP and Musgrave Pencil Co. Inc. filed a notice of their appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Friday in an attempt to overturn the recently revised duty rates on Chinese cased pencil imports.
