Occidental Hit With $2M Tab In Turtle Bayou Fight

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 4:25 PM EST) -- A federal judge said Wednesday that Occidental Chemical Corp. must pay El Paso Tennessee Pipeline Co. nearly $2 million to cover cleanup costs and interest in a battle over the Turtle Bayou Superfund site in Liberty County, Texas.
