Some Claims Dismissed In Xerox ERISA Suit

Law360 (April 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- More than four years after the original motion was filed, a federal judge on Tuesday denied in part and granted in part a motion to dismiss claims in a long-standing ERISA suit relating to two Xerox Corp. 401(k) retirement income plans.
