3 Green Groups Sue Over Texas Coal Plant Pollution

Law360 (March 7, 2011, 4:05 PM EST) -- Three environmental groups made good Monday on their threat to sue the Lower Colorado River Authority for pollution violations at a coal-fired power plant in Texas, filing a suit that says the facility violated federal law thousands of times.
