Supreme Court Won't Hear CSC Race, Gender Bias Case

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 4:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear a suit accusing information technology heavyweight and national defense contractor Computer Sciences Corp. of discrimination and retaliation, leaving in place the Tenth Circuit's order affirming its dismissal.

The Supreme Court’s denial of plaintiff Sylvia Dean's petition for writ of certiorari puts an end to allegations that CSC discriminated against her because of her race and sex and fired her from her job as a database administrator when she complained about the mistreatment.
