ITC Asks Fed. Circ. For No Early Saw Blade Review

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 6:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission asked the Federal Circuit on Wednesday to overrule its December decision that forced the Department of Commerce to publish anti-dumping duty orders early in a case over Asian diamond saw blades.

A three-judge panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit heard oral arguments from the ITC and the Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers Coalition on whether the court's previous decision was in fact incorrect, and whether the ITC had standing to bring the current appeal.
