Ex-Telecom CFO Cops To Honduran FCPA Conspiracy

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 6:00 PM EST) -- A former executive of a telecommunications company admitted to conspiring with other executives to pay more than $500,000 in bribes to Honduran officials in exchange for lowering rates on a long-distance services project, according to a plea agreement unsealed Monday in a Florida federal court.
