Sears, Others Sell Infringing Shoes, Skechers Claims

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 7:56 PM EST) -- Skechers USA Inc. says a number of companies, including Sears Roebuck & Co. and Kmart Corp., are unfairly competing with Skechers by infringing the company's intellectual property for several lines of shoes in a suit filed in California on Friday.
