ITC Wants Full Review Of Russia, Ukraine Urea Duties

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 12:09 PM EST) -- U.S. trade regulators said Monday they would conduct a full five-year sunset review of anti-dumping duty orders on imports of urea, a fertilizer component, from Russia and Ukraine.

In a split vote, the U.S. International Trade Commission decided to conduct a full, rather than expedited, review to determine whether revoking the urea duty orders would hurt the domestic industry in the foreseeable future. The full review will include a public hearing, additional questionnaires and other measures.
