NLRB Failed To Prove Power Co. In Contempt: Court

Law360 (April 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appellate court has ruled that the National Labor Relations Board failed to prove that Georgia Power Co. was in contempt of an earlier decision ordering the company to engage in collective bargaining with employees represented by a local electrical worker union.
