Ex-UBS Banker Seeks Leniency In Insider Trading Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 2:31 PM EST) -- A former UBS Securities Inc. banker who pled guilty to insider trading-related charges asked a New York federal judge for leniency Monday, saying the year he has already served in prison warrants his release.
