Wachovia Fights Delphi Objection To Employee Suit

Law360 (April 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On Thursday, Wachovia Bank NA responded to Delphi Corp.’s efforts to stop the bank from pursuing a breach of contract and tortious interference suit against a Delphi employee.

The response came after the bankrupt auto parts manufacturer filed an objection last week to Wachovia’s request for relief from the stay that protects Delphi from litigation, in order to pursue claims against one of the company’s employees, Larry Graves, in Mississippi State Court.
