American Capital Can't Nix Insurers' Heparin Suit

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 7:39 PM EST) -- A Maryland federal judge Wednesday refused to dismiss several claims made against American Capital Ltd. by two insurance companies, who say they do not have to defend the private equity firm in lawsuits over contamination of the blood thinner heparin.
