Gaims Weil Can’t Ditch Wiretap Claims: Calif. Court

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 10:10 PM EST) -- A California appeals court ruled Wednesday that Gaims Weil West & Epstein LLP can face claims in two unlawful wiretapping suits accusing the firm of invading the privacy of two plaintiffs with the help of convicted private investigator Anthony Pellicano.
