Noteholders Push For Auction In Blockbuster Ch. 11

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 7:58 PM EST) -- A group of Blockbuster Inc. noteholders implored a New York judge on Wednesday to approve the bankrupt movie rental chain's auction, while Icahn Partners LP defended its right to bid on Blockbuster.
