Pryor Cashman Can't Shake $42M Malpractice Suit

Law360 (March 9, 2011, 6:10 PM EST) -- A New York state judge refused Wednesday to dismiss a construction union's legal malpractice suit against Pryor Cashman LLP over the firm's alleged role in a $42 million fraud of two union benefit funds.
