Judge Lets Industry Groups Join Energy Corridor Suit

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 3:03 PM EST) -- A judge has allowed six companies, utilities and energy industry groups to intervene on behalf of the U.S. government in a California suit by environmental plaintiffs seeking reconsideration of the use of U.S. federal land for energy transmission projects.
