Court Nixes Retaliation Claim Against St. Luke’s

Law360 (April 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a victory for St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center, a federal court has tossed a social worker’s claims that she was fired after complaining about the behavior of a supervisor who allegedly made sexist and degrading comments about other staff members and patients.
