NSK Wants Refund On British Ball Bearing Duties

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 4:55 PM EST) -- Japanese ball bearing maker NSK Ltd.’s American and British subsidiaries filed suit Wednesday to force the U.S. government to revoke and refund anti-dumping duties on ball bearing imports, following a ruling that found the imports wouldn’t harm domestic producers.
