Loeb & Loeb Picks Up Patent Litigator

Law360 (April 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Loeb & Loeb LLP has snagged a seasoned patent litigator who has been heavily involved in a number of high-profile pharmaceutical cases to round out the firm’s litigation team.

Mark Waddell has joined Loeb’s New York office as a partner from Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Padded with more than 20 years of experience in patent disputes, Waddell has handled key patent litigation dealing with antidepressants Prozac and Paxil and breast cancer drug Nolvadex.
