Judge Limits Damages In Lime Wire Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 2:05 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday capped damages for which Lime Wire LLC may be liable in the recording industry's copyright suit, rejecting a theory that could have put the file sharing company on the hook for trillions of dollars.
