Orrick Settles SiRF's Negligence Claims

Law360 (March 11, 2011, 2:28 PM EST) -- Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP on Thursday settled a professional negligence and breach of contract suit brought in California by GPS device manufacturer SiRF Technology Inc. over a failed Section 337 case.
