Va. Top Court To Hear AG Appeal For Climate Records

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 5:42 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of Virginia agreed Friday to consider Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli's request for documents in an investigation into possible fraud in the grant applications of a former University of Virginia climate change scientist.
