Naked Cowboy, Naked Cowgirl Settle Trademark Brawl

Law360 (March 11, 2011, 4:55 PM EST) -- Ex-stripper and Times Square performer the Naked Cowgirl wrangled a deal Friday from fellow street entertainer the Naked Cowboy, ending his trademark suit and allowing her to continue to use the saucy moniker without paying a cent.

Naked Cowboy Robert Burck and the Naked Cowgirl, who goes by the name of Sandy Kane and whose real name is Sandra Brodsky, filed a joint motion to dismiss the suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
