Minn. Pharmacy Class Suit Wrongly Remanded: 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 4:33 PM EST) -- A Minnesota federal judge wrongly remanded for lack of subject matter jurisdiction a putative class action accusing pharmacies in the state of improperly profiting by selling generic drugs, the Eight Circuit said Friday, sending the case back to the federal court.
