Texas Supreme Court Overturns Well Permit Grant

Law360 (March 11, 2011, 6:59 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday reversed an appeals court's ruling that the Railroad Commission of Texas too narrowly weighed public interest concerns when it granted a permit for an oil and gas injection well without considering traffic safety impacts.
