TX Supreme Court Refuses To Rehear Oil Field Dispute

Law360 (April 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Texas’ highest court has denied a rehearing for a breach of contract and trade secrets dispute involving a Kazakhstan oil field, which Ramco Energy Plc says ends its long-running legal battle with Anglo-Dutch Tenge LLC and its international subsidiary.

Anglo-Dutch asked the Supreme Court of Texas to review an appeals court ruling which nullified a $6.4 million award for the Houston-based international oil and gas exploration company following a jury trial.
