Dana Trustee Objects To Fee Requests

Law360, New York (April 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee overseeing Dana Corp.’s Chapter 11 proceedings has asked the judge to continue holding back 20% of the fees requested by professionals in the case.

In documents filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, U.S. Trustee Diana G. Adams objected to all fee applications for the interim period between Nov. 1, 2006 and Feb. 28, 2007.

“The final outcome of these bankruptcy cases is an important factor in evaluating the results achieved by all applicants,” Adams wrote....
