Rite Aid Managers Take OT Actions To 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 8:19 PM EDT) -- Rite Aid Corp. managers alleging the pharmacy chain failed to pay overtime on Monday appealed a Pennsylvania federal judge's decision to throw out their putative class actions in favor of a previously filed case.

Plaintiffs in two separate suits against Rite Aid filed notices of appeal in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
