Timken Wins Injunction In Bearings Duty Challenge

Law360, New York (March 15, 2011, 2:55 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Friday blocked the government from liquidating an anti-dumping duty markup on tapered roller bearings from China purchased by Timken Corp. until the company's newly filed court challenge is resolved.

Judge Timothy C. Stanceu issued the order Friday following a hearing in which lawyers representing the U.S. Department of Commerce expressed their opposition to the injunctive relief.
