Massey Official Pleads Not Guilty To Obstruction

Law360, New York (March 15, 2011, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A Massey Energy Co. security official pled not guilty on Tuesday to federal charges that he tried to dispose of thousands of documents and lied to investigators during the probe of a 2010 explosion in West Virginia that killed 29 coal miners.
