New Damages Trial Ordered In Exxon Royalties Suit

Law360 (March 15, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday ordered a new trial on damages in a dispute over royalties Milestone Operating Inc. and DSTJ LLP allegedly owe Exxon Mobil Corp. under an agreement that allowed them to drill on Exxon's oil and gas leases.
