2 LaJobi Execs Fired Over Anti-Dumping Violations

Law360, New York (March 15, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- Child products manufacturer Kid Brands Inc. announced Tuesday it had fired the president and managing director of operations at its subsidiary LaJobi Inc. after an internal investigation of import duties found misconduct and violations of anti-dumping regulations.

Larry Bivona was fired from his position as LaJobi's president, and was replaced by Rick Schaub, according to the company. Schaub joined Kid Brands in February 2010 as president of its Sassy Inc. subsidiary, according to the company's statement.
