Calif. Utility Wants High Court Review Of FERC Plan

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 6:30 PM EDT) -- California's Turlock Irrigation District wants the U.S. Supreme Court to review a lower court's ruling in a case over the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's authority to approve a state agency's plan to combine two utility districts.
